PO strategy even if PO's value is not modified

We have Purchase Order Release Strategy based on value and type document.

In a second moment we have set changeability indicator of Purchasing Document During/After Release to 6.

This happens: I have a PO released, then I change a field different from value or type document but

there is a reset of release procedure. Why?

In details:

1. POu2019s value at first release was for example 1000.

2. Then POu2019s value was changed to 1001 and there was no reset.

3. Then we implemented changeability indicator to 6.

4. Then PO was modified in a field different from value or type document but the system resets the release procedure. It is strange because the release strategy is always the same.
