Check if there is enough space on your server.

Check the disk space not only for the location of the LCMBiar file, but also enough space for the "temp" and "tmp" directories, usually on the drive where your operating system is installed.

you can define the java temp directory by adding -Djava.io.tmpdir=<path to temp> to the java command line

Hello ,

Thank you for your response 🙂

However , could you please give me more details about the command : -Djava.io.tmpdir=<path to temp> ? how can I use it ? I launch the back up via the promotion management in the CMC consol.

Also , could you please explain me what do you mean by your second comment : "Run repodiag on your repository. PM is not able to read your objects" I did not undestand what do you mean.

Thank you so much for your help,

Best regards,

Asmae

repository diagnostic tool is a tool that solves (most) inconsistencies in your repository, details can be found in Admin guide and KBA's.

Based on your questions, you might need to revisit Admin guide.

Run repodiag on your repository. PM is not able to read your objects.
