Workflow inbox : emailid error

Hi,

For workflow approval from SAP inbox, Iam getting the error message "Notification:The approver xyz doesnt have the email address in our userid information. Please fix this anomoly".

I checked the user in SU01 and the emailid is maintaned properly. Please let me know if we need to maintain the mailid in any other place or any settings needs to be done for activatiing the id.

Hi,

Check the user parameters in the user profile (SU01D). Compare them with those who are receiving the mails.

Hi,

THe screnario is for PR. I check for PA20 and the subtype 010 is not defined. But even i checked for other users and the subtype 010 is not created for any of the user, but they dont have any problem with the SAP inbox.

Please check the authorizations assigned to the user ID , for trial assign role of the person through which its working fine.
