Load ProfitCenter Hierarchy

Hello,

we load every night the ProfitCenter Hierarchy. It is the SAP Standard characteristic 0Profit_CTR and also the SAP Content DataSource. The charcteristic 0Profit_Center is clipped to the characteristic "Controlling area (0CO_AREA) => 0001

Now we have the problem, the name of the Hierarchies is for example: 0001K6300SL.

Is it possible to change the technical name of the hierarchy - and all his follow nodes -to K6300SL???

Follow nodes: 0001K6300SLSK => K6300SLSK

The problem is, you load Hierarchies with the 3.5 Release. With 7.0 Release we have the possible the change this in the transformation. In 3.5 is there a possible ??

Motivation:

In the Controlling reports of SAP R/3 it range to enter K6300SL????

And the Users,....

As an alternative way to acheive your desired result, maybe you could create some variables which are each of the required Profit Center ranges? Define each variable as a default value and the value is the range of accounts. Then create a final variable for use on profit center as characteristic restriction which enables users to select one of the profit centre range variables.

May be easier...
