HCM P&F - work item opened with Page Not Found or Not Available

Dear Experts,

I have saved my HCM P&F process as draft, however, when I pick it up from UWL and open the workitem, it shows

"Page Not Found or Not Available".

I confirmed that the ADS works (my other Adobe Forms application works), activated the form in adobe lifecycle designer and the form scenario is active.

What could possibly be the cause and the solution ? Appreciate your expert advise. Thank you.

Hello,

It may be that the UWL is connecting to a application server which is a little busy at the moment and not able to serve your request. i am guessing it is a timeout issue. Wait for sometime and try again. Hope this helps.
