Customer Phone number and email not available within Customer Search Dialog

Hi,

I have mentioned this a few times previously regarding the above.

Could you please confirm whether this is now included in FP06 PL08?

The phone number is often used to search for a customer.

Hi Martin,

FP08 is released and available on SMP.

I can confirm that the fields email, mobile phone and phone are now available on Customer search dialog settings.

Hi Anderson,

I would like to extend my question to be when will this be delivered because this has been a basic requirement for over 3 years and should not require us to use the B1iF scenario extension points to map the values from SAP B1 to CCO. I discussed this with Bikash previously and although not confirmed I had the distinct impression that it would be delivered shortly as really it is more of a bug fix than a new feature/function request.

Previously I has a developer scheduled to add these fields in but cancelled based on the understanding that this would be resolved by now.

we already had this topic as well.

We would be happy if implemented. In general probably to have a look at the extended search.

Hi Martin,

There is a plan to release this functionality in the FP08.

I can't promise you that it will be released in this version and when it will be released, however there is a plan to implement it.

Currently email and phone is not provided in the Customer Search Dialog.
