MRP – Calculo das necessidades

Estou com uma solicitação da área de negocio, para que o MRP considere no calculo das necessidades o conceito de TMA que existe na empresa.

Existe uma tabela com alguns materiais que tem um percentual (%) que deve ser levado em conta no calculo do MRP. Exemplo:

Material: J2911 – 10%

o MRP ao executar deverá acrescentar este percentual no resultado do calculo das necessidades dele.

Como poderia fazer ou configurar essa opção no MRP? Existe alguma exit ou Bapi que eu possa utilizar?

I have a request from the business area, so that MRP considers in the calculation of the needs a loss in the process. But I can not use the scrap field because it impacts on the cost estimate of the material and does not accept negative values.

Example:

For the material: J2911 I have to add in the calculation of the needs an addition of + 10%.

For the material: V8407 I have to subtract in the calculation of needs -20%.

The MRP when running must add or subtract these percentages in the result of calculating the material requirements.

How could you configure this option in MRP? Is there an exit or Bapi that I can use? Thank you very much,

Do you mean if we create a Production Order of 1000EA for J2911, system creates order for 1100 EA if there is 10% Loss in Production . Please confirm.

As per understanding you use use assign coverage profile in material master. Aslo you can customize own coverage profile. Hope this fulfill your requirement.

The range of coverage profile contains the parameters for calculating the dynamic safety stock. This is a statistical calculation on the basis of average daily requirements.

The dynamic safety stock is calculated depending on the requirements within a specified period and the range of coverage.

I am not sure that SAP provides a standard function to meet your requirement. May be a custom code will do a trick.

Did you think about a dynamic safety stock?
