I took the liberty of editing the tags on your question, as the one you chose, "SAP NetWeaver Application Server," was not relevant. That tag relates to management of the application server platform, i.e. "Basis" and server management, and not the business functionality you describe. I substituted several different tags that I believe are more appropriate. Incorrect tagging can cause a question to languish unanswered, as it will not be seen by people with experience and interest in your topic. This way it has a better chance of getting in front of the right audience.
