Hi experts,
We are using availability check in STO with ATP and product allocation in SCM.
Sometimes we have some STO which are confirmed despite the quantity is not assigned in product allocation. I can see the committed quantity in schedule line and eket-MNG02 is filled but when checking the product allocation situation in /sapapo/AC42 the order is not assigned in the incoming orders.
Waht is strange is when I manually launch the availability check again on the same STO, the assignment is done properly.
We use the 'Check planning area' settings so I first thought that our issue was due to unavailability of the planning area but when testing, if plannning area locked during AC there is no committed quantity.
I also checked following note but not adapted to our release SCM 713: 1690917 - Missing allocation update during the conversion of Preq
