SAP started but unable to login...

Dear Experts,

I am facing one problem that my SAP server is showing all startup process completed and instance started successfully. But I am unable to login to the server. This problem comes after restarting the SAP. I have even tried restarting the OS, But with no luck..

It seems that dispatcher is not working

Here are the details of my enviornment.

OS : HPUX 11.31 (Cluster)

DB: Oracle10g (10.2.0.4)

Instance No. 06 and 08 (2 instance, CI + DI)

I am unable to telnet to the instance port.

I have gone through the dev_w0 and dev_disp but didn't get clue...

I can asure you, nothing has been changed since last reboot cycle when sap was started successfully with no problem.

Can any body guide me in this case. This is our production server.
