E-Recruitment in Portal without ESS

Hi Experts,

We are installing E-Recruitment and the SAP Portal. We do not have licensing for all employees to have access to ESS, but we are licensed for all users (employees) to access E-Recruitment.

How can I accomplish this?

How can I get the E-Recruitment views in the Portal without going through the ESS tab?
