Hi All,
We have installed "Desktop Connection for SAP CRM Professional Edition" on the server and the client app on my computer but when I try to login via "First Run Assistant for Desktop Connection for SAP CRM" , the app returns "the underlying connection was closed:An unexpected error occured on a send".
What could be the problem? I choose "Direct" for connection , set SAP CRM username - password and server host URL and port 8000.
When I trace via SMICM trace , it shows "HTTP/1.0 400 Bad Request"
