CCMS Configuration

Hi,

I have done a CCMS Configuration in our DEV system and it's works fine [I gor mails from SAP for dumps , job failures etc ]. Same way i have done the settings in Quality . But i am not getting any mails ..

Please guide me !!!!

    Hi,

    To change the subject in CCMS you will need to use the CCMS_OnAlert_Email_V2 or CCMS_Send_Alert_to_ALM_V2 methods. The V2 methods above will give you the capability to change the subject. For more information check out note 796998.
