How to pass parameters to URL iView "dynamically"

Hi Experts,

We need to pass parameters to URL iView dynamically and pass these parameters to the underlay URL. For some concerns, we do not want to use forced URL. Any suggestions?

In addition, how to get the underlay URL from the URL iView? For example, If I created a URL iView whose underlay URL is "http://www.google.com". How can I get "http://www.google.com" by the PCD ?
