What is the logic behind for not display of stock in transit in MB5T against the good issue from one plant to another plant against movement type 303 in two step process?
using 303 is one step process of trasfer posting plant to plant. if you use this process stock updation of both the plants will done at same time. so no issue of stock in transit. so it will not visible in MB5T report.
stock in transit using MB5T will be visible if you uses 2 step process of STO. In this process first goods were issued at supplying plant. Goods receipt will be done at later date at receiving plant. Up to this time the issued material have status of "Stock in Transit"
So this stock will be visible in MB5T report.

303 is not part of STO it is transfer posting you can see it in MB51 for view.
Report MB5T outputs a list with all stocks that are located in a plant's stock in transit. These can be stock transport orders or cross-company-code stock transport orders. On the selection screen, you can choose which type of orders are to be displayed. You can also include purchase orders that are are flagged with the 'delivery completed' indicator or flagged for deletion.
