CPI DS - Data export to csv file runs into errpr

Hi,

we are having a problem with CPI DS, when exporting a file from IBP into a CSV.file. Error message is as described in SAP note 2476470: "The directory <xxx> specified in the datastore type is invalid". We have tried the mentioned steps to resolve the issue, but still the error message is the same.

The resolutions steps mentioned in the note are:

• Check the option “Change Root Directory”, but leave the path field empty
• Use the global variable to define “File Name”, and also specify the global variable value as a single-quoted full path to the source XML file, for example ‘c:/folder/file.xml’.
• Reconfigre the agent to use the path and restart the agent machine

When checking the option “Change Root Directory”, and clearing the path field, it always gets filled again automatically, so it cannot be left blank.

Any idea is appreciated.
