I am executing tcode CM31. I am getting message:

No capacity requirements records were found for the selected orders in the evaluation period.

and

Procedure: You should check the evaluation period in the time profile in Customizing. Try refreshing the chart by clicking on the right mouse button and selecting 'Refresh'.

How to carry out this?

Hi

In the Work center capacity header, please check the inputs like

1. Relevent to Finite scheduling

2. Active version - Normal available capacity

We are using strategy 25 for the materials. Can it be the reason why the orders are not considered for capacity planning?

1. Also as said early first check if the Capacity has been generated for your produciton or planned order

2. If you have any Planned order , check if capacity have been generated for the same.

- To see this display the planned order>Scheduling data - Here you will be able to see the planned order capacity

3. If not then we have to check y it has not generated .

4. Also if you are using MRP check if you are using lead time scheduling or basic date scheduling

Hi,

I am using lead time scheduling while MRP run.

The detailed scheduling tab is created in the planned order if we use lead time scheduling during the MRP run.

But, in the detailed scheduling tab there is no data in the "Scheduling result planned order."

What could be the problem?

1. check for the workcentre and the workcentre formuale, routing base qty , routing control key etc.

No. Strategy has nothing to do with capacity requirements. Irrespective of any strategy you need capacity requirements.

1. The error tells you that there is no planned order in the Evaluation profile that you have selected or maintained.

2. If you wanted to change the evalution profile. then in the top screen you can see the "chang time profi;le"

3. Select this and here you can see the Evaluation period, may be you need to increase the period in this

so that the required planend order will be there.

Before this you kindly ensure that there are one or more planned order in this , also in the planned order check if it has generated the capacity requireements.

Kindly revert back for clarifications.

Hi DSK,

I am trying for Production Orders. I have also tried already to change the periods in "Change time profile." But it's giving the same message. I am able to see Orders whose finished date is upto January month end. Those orders which are created for February month are giving message "No capacity requirements were found evaluation period."

Any suggestions?
