BP role BUP003 Does not exists for BUM1 tcode & BUP003 entry missing while creating BP

Hi All,

I am facing below issues.

1) While executing BUM1 tcode getting "BP role BUP003 Does not exists" error. Why am I getting this error & how to resolve this?

2) While creating Business partners from Tcode BP, BUP003 entry missing. How to bring BUP003 (Employee) in the business partner role in BP transaction?

Below thigs are checked & found present in SAP Business Partner Configuration.

1) BP Role BUP003 created & assigned to BP Category.

2) Necessary setting done in "Define Groupings & Assign Number Ranges".

3) Checked in Table T77S0, for HRALXPBPHR is CREATE.

4) BUP003 entry exists in table TB003 & TBZ0.

Even with above things I am getting issues. Any expert advise.

PS: IN TB003 table, the field "XSUPPRESS" is having 'X' value for BUP003. I am suspecting this to be the culprit. If yes, then how to remove this 'X' mark against BUP003. Because the entries in table TB003 without XSUPPRESS = 'X' are getting displayed in BP tcode.

Tried to create Business partners for BP Role BUP003 (Employee) with BAPI_BUPA_FS_CREATE_FROM_DATA2. But getting error as BPgrouping '0003' does not exists. But BP group for BUP003 is 0003. kindly help.
