BOM exlposion levels

Dears,

We want to develop one program as per following requirement.

1. We will assign one production scheduler in material master work scheduling view.

2. Materials having that specific production scheduler will be at various levels of BOM.

3. While we will run the transaction system should select the material with specific scheduler but it should stop at that level & should not move on next level even if it contains material with specific scheduler.

4. Suppose material A is header & B is its component. C is Bs component. B & C both contains specific scheduler then system should select only B & not the C.

Please provide logic, required tables or function modules etc.

HI,

you have not written your requirement clearly, Please write in detail.

As I understood, you want to explode the BOM in MRP for certain material and for other materials you do not want to explode the BOM in MRP.

If you that is your requirement than in MRP2 view, keep dep. requirements as 1.
