Fund Center & Commitment item Derivation

Can any one give me a way out to crack this issue....

Issue Details:

I've completed config for Funds Management. along with standard derivation, with following rules (FMDERIVE)

Rule1: Company Code to FM Area.

Rule2: Cost Center to Fund Center

Rule3: GL Account to Commitment Item

In FMDERIVE, when i tested the derivation by Trace On & Display Log, system is working absolutely fine in deriving the fund center w.r.t to cost center & commitment item w.r.t to GL account.

But when i am testing thru F-02 with the same data, which i used above, system is not showing the FM derivation tab (even trace is on) and the document getting posted without Fund Center & Commitment Item.

My doubt is, when it is working in Testing thru FMDERIVE, why system is not able to derive the fund center & commitment item during document posting,

Please suggest me where can i check back and make the necessary changes to fix this issue.
