If against a selected set if "Auto matic put to unrestricred proposal " is in place then in QA16 its automatically posted to unrestricted.

    Hi,

By the sounds of it you are approving the lot manually, therefore you need to click on the posting proposal button in order for the stock to be posted to unrestricted. If you are using auto UD then the system will take UD for you as well as do the stock posting according to the proposal setup within the selected sets.

    Regards,

You state that you have the proposal set in the selected set but there is also a tick box next to the proposal that you must check on to have the proposal automatically done in the background. If that is not ticked on, the proposal is just that, a proposal that is used when you manually make the UD and click on the "Proposal" button on the stock posting screen.
