How to get USERID who processed the output type on the transactions order/delivery/billing

Hi,

A billing document has been generated where a certain output type ZABC is triggered through VV33 records having date/time set as '3' which means "Send with application own transaction.

At this point, we can look into table NAST to see who has placed the output type ZABC in the billing document as field USNAM(User Name) displays/reveals it.

Now, when the output type is processed successfully turns from traffic light yellow to green, how do we check who(SAP USERID) processed the output type as the table NAST table doesn't holds any such information ? Couldn't find any other table that holds this information or is the only way through custom logic to capture that information through output program or user exit and update any custom field with that user id ?

Hello,

After an Output is determined / issued successfully, open the Invoice in VF03.

Select GoTo - Header - Output. Here you will see list of Outputs generated for this Document. Select the required Output (ZABC in your case) and click on "Further Data".

In the subsequent screen you will see "Created By"...

It looks like OP already found that field and they want to know not "created by" but rather "processed by" or "last changed by".

AFAIK this information is not captured in any apparent way but if you run a test with ST05 trace it's easy to confirm.
