Start Date on Work Order changing

Creating work order and setting start date to 12/10 with forward scheduling

When I schedule the work order start date jumps to 12/20

Not sure why since no holiday or factory calendar blocking see calendar below:

something else odd when going to routing/schedule see interoperation times of 4 days which would indicate a float

but when checking CEWB no interoperation times

Any guidance on the 2 questions:

1. Why can I not set start date for work order to 12/10?

2. Where are the days of interoperation time coming from?
