Usage decision message

Gurus,

When i take a usage decision,thesystem is popping up a msg stating all characterstics still open,do u want force inspection.What does this message mean?

Hi,

Go to result recording screen.If you have not recorded the results, record it for all the characteristics, then valuate all the characteristics as accepted or rejected and finally lock all the characteristics and save.Now you will not get that msg while UD.

Or else without doing all this, you can go for forced UD.

It means the characteristic in the task list do not have the status (05) * completed.*

when you look into the Result recording (for the Q lot), the characteristics /mic are all in the status of 02 0r 03

try to make it as status 05 for all the task (characteristics /mic)

Do the result recording for all the characteristics /mic in the task list and complete all the status upto 05

This message come when all the char/MIC assigned to the task list do not reached to status "5" valuated & completed.

If you close all char ,then this message will not come
