hi experts,
i have created a style with underline option and used it in the form, but the result doesn't look good for me.
Expected Result:

Hi Sony,
Try by drawing a box with height '0' .
U can use the following line in the line editor by adjusting the location.
BOX XPOS '8.7' CM YPOS '1.5' CM WIDTH '2.9' CM HEIGHT '0' CM FRAME 10 TW

Create a smartstyles, in which define one paragraph format with underline then apply that smartstyle to your text element which is to be printed.

Hi !
Try this way .
1. Go to tcode smartstyles.
2. Create node in character format.
3. In the font tab give the desired font family,size and style.
4. Check the Underline option . Click on the multiple selection button near to the checkbox.
5. Give spacing as 0 PT.
Now you will get your text as you wanted. this is test
