PO Workflow - Rejected or Deleted Items

Hello experts,

I have a question regarding PO workflow (for decision type 2, ie "Item-Based Decision for Entire Document"). From what I saw, items which are rejected during the approval process are deleted (del_ind=X).

Nevertheless, I would like to know if there is a mean to differentiate items which are rejected from items which are deleted? There is no item statusin BBP_PD.
