Hi,
We have BO XI 3.1
If I edit/change an existing publication that is scheduled (recurring), the scheduling doesn't take the changes I have made in the publication.
I have to delete the recurring schedule and create a new recurring schedule task in order to receive the publication with the changes I made earlier.
Is there a way to edit/change your existing publication and that your scheduling (recurring) takes this changes automatically? This will save me a lot of time because now I delete en create a new scheduling every time I made a change to my publication setting.
I hope someone can help me .
Thanks,
Regards Pieter
Try to reschedule any existing successful instance (Go to the history of the report, select the instance and choose Actions->Reschedule) and make your changes there.

Hi Guys,
It sounds like this is similar to a scheduled report, where the template document is saved with the scheduled instance - changes made to the source report don't impact the scheduled instance, because the revsied template is not part of the scheduled job. I'm guessing that that is what's happening here. Maybe if you remove the content documents that have changed, and then re-add them (which would reflect the modified report format/new template), you might be okay...
Good luck,
Jim
You have to try the following Reschedule with Replace option.
Try to reschedule any existing successful instance (Go to the history of the report, select the instance and choose Actions->Reschedule)
In the Replace: Choose to replace the existing one and change your required parameters ( Events if any) and hit the schedule button.
