Error FPM Configuration Usage

Good Morning.

We are implementing ESS and MSS.

When the employee is doing login in the portal the system display the following message of error.

Error:

Can someone help me with this error?

Hi!

I experienced the same issue for a Client a few days ago. Check:

- ESS is correctly deployed

- User mapping & authentication is correctly configured. SSO with logon tickets is commonly used, so check the steps in

After do hard config changes, remember always restart the Server.

Please check if this is happening to all the users or not, configuration and deployment hasnt come correctly in your system
