Hi Gurus,
We have the following request:
In campaign we need to call the customer in specific hours, I mean, the customer only wants to receive our call from 09:00 to 11:00. And other customer from 14:00 to 18:00.
In the campaign we have the date and time for start call, but we cannot set the time for end call.
Does someone know who we can do that?
We have the SAP Contact Center and SAP CRM integrated.

We are using Contact Center 7 FP 12. Yes, we have the Call Schedule block, but it works for all customers into the campaign, we need to have a different setting per customers and this setting must be taking from SAP CRM integration.

Please review the SC documentation in help portal, section Defining OB Campaign Call Schedule.
If you don't have the Call Schedule block in the Campaign view, please consider upgrading to a newer version.
