Replication Error: "Enter Employee Responsible"

Hello SAP gurus,

I am currently attempting to replicate data from an ISU SAP environment to a CRM SAP environment. I am using a user (SAPMIG) to kick-off the requests in CRM to replicate the Contract object from ISU.

Replication is working 100% (including custom fields) bar one error on the header of the contract. I am getting the error u201CEnter Employee Responsibleu201D. Iu2019m assuming this might be a configuration error but am just looking for confirmation of this.

If I execute the transaction online (manually), when I create a new lean contract from (CRMD_ORDER), my user (SAPMIG) is automatically pulled through into the u201CEmployee Responsibleu201D field. However during replication, the RFCUSER is not populated into this field and so I end up with an error in the contract. If I explicitly input RFCUSER manually creating the contract I donu2019t get any errors.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Not pretty sure if this is a replication issue, but seems like you might want to tweak around with the Partner determination procedure assigned to your contract.

By what you have mentioned I think the partner determination is based upon the user who creates it (rule: 10000194) try to base it upon something else that suits your scenario. Hope it helps.

Hi All,

Appears this was a silly oversight by me, but the RFCUSER was not set as a dialog user and this was causing the error with the contracts.

I won't be making that mistake again
