IDoc status 20

Hello,

I have an iDoc in status 20. I already solved the problem that caused this error, and now I want to reprocess the iDoc, but I can't find a report that does this. I found reports that solve other errors, but not 20.

Thank you.

Hi,

To re-tigger the IDOC goto > WE19> enter the IDOC number which you want to retigger and execute the same.

WE19 does not reprocess the idoc, it will create a new copy, so the 20 will stay

Hi ,

Through BD87 only it is possible and WE19 is the test tool IDOC Processing( It will create the one more IDOC).

In BD87 give the iDOC number and select that idoc and Press the Process button on the application tool bar.

And then it will write the new status if every thing is good.

Regards,

Bharani

Please stop saying that WE19 is a tool to reprocess....WE19 is a tool to TEST. It makes a copy of the original iDoc, and the old one remains in the queue with the incorrect status.

I'm tired of seeing this WRONG answer in these foruns.

EDIT: In BD87 you can't reprocess an iDoc with error 20, but I found out what the problem was. The status 20 was set not by SAP, but by a developer who should have used status 63 (application error), instead of 20. BD87 can reprocess the 63 error.
