One Employee to several positions

Hi guru

i'd like to know if in CRM 5.0 in possible to link one Employee to several (2) Positions with different roles.

Is there a standard way?

Hi Andrea,

It sure is possible, you just need to make sure each position is assigned with a different role. Check in your organization model, select a position > Goto > detail object >enhanced object description and scroll down to ROLES , the assignment can be made there.

now i'd like to know if the user could have some problems of log-in via ICWC...cache memory and so on...i see that in the firs screen of log-in a double selection appares.

Thanks for rewarding points.

Its a standard procedure, the user will have the option of selecting his desired role (from the list of roles depending upon how many roles he has been assigned), hence there are no problems in this regard.

Regarding your second question about cache, I do not have a clue about that, but this being a standard function does not raise any such issues.
