I have configure BW chains into solman for Automation monitoring. i.e when BW chain fails in Managed system it should throw alert in Solman Alert inbox.
My query is Alert keeps generating in alert inbox even after confirm.
Is there anyway where I can get alert only one time. i.e alert should not generate again and again even after confirm.
