edit custom extension fields not visible

Hi All,

We are trying to add certain fields through portal personalization . In all the help documents we see that on preview of any iview we need to do ctrl+ right click & we should get the option to u2018edit custom extension fieldsu2019 as shown in the screenshot.

But on doing a ctrl+ right click in our iview we do not see the option to u2018edit custom extension fieldsu2019.

Any pointers to how we can get this option ? Is this related to any authorization ? Any help in this direction is appreciated.

    Hi Diana! After add your custom fields in ERP side, just do a complete restart of Portal to see the 'Edit Custom Extension Fields" link in corresponding iview.

    • I have the same question, how do I see the 'edit custom extension fields' option. I understand this thread to state the answer is : even if the field is already in the structure (as it is a standard SAP field for the info type) you still need to add it to the append as a custom field.

      Is this correct?
