Hi all,
I need to create a page with 5 KM navigational iviews (pointing to different folders). The problem is some navigational iviews should be visible to some users only.By giving pemissions to the corresponding foldersI thaught of restricting the user to the required KM iviews. But for KM iviews for which the user does noit have permissions it is giving an error.

Hi Rajesh,
unfortunately there is no standard way how to hide this message. I have described two possible solutions in this thread: http://forums.sdn.sap.com/thread.jspa?threadID=1118252&tstart=0
Let me know if that also solves your problem or you have some more questions,
Robert

I would solve it with desired roles. pages. Example employee A and employee B, employee A have only authorisation 2 iview 1,2 and 5, while employee B have authorisation for iview 3,4 and 5. Make 2 different pages, with the correct iviews on each page for each role. That's the simple way GL!
