How to check why a BP customer is not syncronized to Mobile Sales Client

Dear Expert:

is there anyway to check why a particular BP customer is not syncronized to the Mobile Sales Client? Is there any trace or any way to debug? It seems that the CAPGN_OGB_WRITE sBDOC is not generated after running ConnTrans from the mobile sales client..... the subcription is correct, all the mw settings are correct coz it works fine for existing BPs, just for some Newly created BPs (BUPA_MAIN mBDOC is working fine too)...

Is there any CDB table or whatever we can see why a particular BP is not picked up?
