Hi

I have created on new specification under processing class 1 and i made changes in the PCR x010 & x013 for calculation of absences

when i execute payroll valuation base is calculationg amount per day

but when i execute payroll rate is calculated, unit is calculated but the amount is not coming

only rate is calculated for that particular valuation base /009 but particular amount is not calculating

i.e suppose rate is 16 unit is 2 16*2 = 32 this 32 is not calculated for that particular wagetype.

Please help

Hi Radhika

Have u Copied the Std /001 or /002 to ur /009 and that u have to assign to ur PCR z010 & z013

What u want to Calculate for that wage type Rate, Units, Amount.

RTE=

DIVID

ZERO= A

ADDWT *

the above PCR u have to modify according to ur requirement in PCR Z013

@ Vikram : sorry, the wagetype /009 cannot be created as such. May be, i believe, what radhika is trying to achieve is that

- calculate amount for the wagetype /009 and use it for calculation of absences.

@ Radhika : Correct me if am wrong!

Hi,

Can you tell me what is the value you are getting in WT /009

Where do you store Unit and Rate?

If you give the bove details i can tell you how to write a PCR to generate the Amount.

There is a ZERO= A operation, which makes the amount ZERO.

Usually valuation bases are used for holding the rates.

The processing is done in another PCR's.

If you still want to use X013, check by removing the operation ZERO= A.

HI,

In PCR X013 calculation is as follwos

DIVID ARR which is (Amount/Rate = Rate)

If you want to calculate the amoutn do as follows

MULTI NRA which is (Num * Rate = Amount)
