Assessment using KSU5 and Functional Areas

I am trying to carry out assessments using KSU5 with a functional area for receivers and senders.

However I am unable to use a Functional Area on the receive side. Tried using RKALPSCR, KCIU etc but not sure what could be missing. Does anyone know what I need to do in order to start using Functional Areas on the receiver side?

What if any config (e.g on KCIU, RKALPSCR do I need) or what note should I apply to get this thing working?

Please share your experiences if anyone has solved this issue.
