Change pointers for material master

Hi Experts,

Could you please help me out for material master change pointers in IDOC ?

Conditions:

1) interface will be triggered at the save of the Material Master using transactions MM01,MM02.

2) Material Master relevant for the interface SAP-BOZ will be selected following some rules.

(a)Plant= LK06

(b)Overall Material Status <> 04 (field MARA-MSTAE)

Do we need to use filtering or user exit or any for above rules ?

Do we need to use z Message type for this specific interface ?
