same personal info for different users

Hi experts,

I have created two portal users which are mapped to two ERP users.

The problem is that when I login to the portal with user1 and access the 'persoal data' service, I get the full name of user1.

Then I logoff, and login as user2 and access the 'personal data service'.Here the problem is the full name of user1 ( not user2) is displayed again.

Please note:

1. Portal user is already assigned ess roles

2.mapping of ERP user to HCM is done using HRUSER

3.IT 105 is maintained.

authentication type from portal to ECC is 'user mappping'.

Please advise if you have any suggestions.

Hi, if your SSO is correctly configured, please ensure the Portal's cache is running correctly (before exit with user1 try to clean the cache, and then test with user2)

Also, check that your backend SAP system is NOT configured with SAP logon tickets of Portal, to avoid inconsistencies.

Take in count as SAP does not recommend the SSO with user/pass. The SSO with Logon Tickets is the suggested way.
