Hello Experts,

I have tried to upload a message mapping file - Format .mmap in my Iflow.

When I try to add the message mapping, I got the following error.

Can you please give me information, what I have to do now to go on?

BR Christof

Hello Christof,

If you are connecting PO with CPI, check in PO side if the user has the SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR_J2EE role assigned to it or not.

If after this you face the error: Error occured in download resource from ESR system and you are you accessing it via NWDC, try to import content into the PI system with the same user, If the import is working ideally then downloading the content in to CPI system also works. Please refer this documentation for more details:https://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73ehp1/helpdata/en/48/d113f7b4073254e10000000a42189b/frameset.htm

Regards

Hello vitor.lemberck,

we have no connection with PO. We are connecting CRM on premise.

Do I have to assign a special role in the Cloud Platform Cockpit?

Hello Christof,

Usually this issue is caused by some missed authorization (which is needed to make this connection) in On Premise system. There is a trick to check the full exception of this issue, you can reproduce the issue again (note the timestamp), so you can go to Your Tenant Home Page > Monitor > Access Logs > System Logs Files. So open the latest LJS file available and search for the full detailed error (use the timestamp or one part of the exception).

About your question, check if you have the role WebToolingSettingsProductProfiles.savetenantconfiguration role or AuthGroup.Administrator group assigned to your user.
