UrgentData deleted from setup table, while filling PSA

Hi,

We have go-live today. One of our developer has deleted the setup table , whie data was being filled in PSA form setup tables, via Full Load. I have following questions:

1) User to delete data from setup table, when data from setup table is uploaded to PSA. rt?

2) Even tough data is deleted from setup table, data is still getting loaded in PSA (Records in PSA are increasing). So ,if Setup table dosen't contain any data, from where do the records are getting filled in PSA?
