IBM SAP Sizing questionnaire sheet

As it is said I have few question regarding the IBM Sizing questionnaire Sheet .

1. In the sheet for the initial NON-PRODUCTION SYSTEMS if we provide DEV and QAS inputs how does it is calculating the Sizing for the PRD ( Application) specially the Storage as the storage size for the DEV and QAS will be less as compared to the PRD.

2. If i want to have Dev+QAS on a single box for some Netweaver components does i need to mention that in the Questionnaire sheet or the sheet will self assess as per the inputs.
