Inspection plan valid from & Valid to date

Hi,

How to generate a Query / Report for Inspection plan validity details. i.e Material, Plan group, change number,Changenumber Description, Valid from and Valid to dates.

We tried with query but could't get. To try with ABAP, please let me know the deatils of function module to be used, table where system stores the information.
