What is the team size in a support project and out of them how many are for SD.How many tickets a support consultant get in a month.

Based on the information we have been given by you so far (in your other posts, and inability to close them) I would suggest planning for the worst while still hoping for the best.
The maximum number of tickets is: (No. of concurrent user sessions x availability % in SLA x average no. of dialog steps per user accessing SD module)/2.

Hi,
Team size for support depends on the COMPLEXITY of the project.
In general there will be 4 SD consultants for any support .
The Number of tickets per Month again depends on the process and flow, In the Intitial Stage of support he may get more number of tickets .
