We have not implemented the activity costing for standard product cost. we are only calculating RM/PM cost for a standard cost of finished goods.
I did the basic configuration for standrad cost & actual cost. We are creating process order for finsihed product.
My question is:
suppose my finshed good is X & as perBOM one of the component of X is A.
At the time of standrd costing MAP of A is 10 & qty of A for prodcut X as per BOM is 10 KG.
Then standard cost of product X is
Qty of A ( 10 KG ) * MAP of A (10 ) = 100
now i created a process order , but that time MAP of component A is 11 , then my actual cost is 10 kg *11= 110.
I want to calaculate this actual cost & also the variance.
Questions:
1.Anyone know which configuration is required for this
2.which transctions are used for calculation of actual proce of process order & then variance
3.which report is used to check the std & actual cost
4.Is CON2 is valid only when we have activity price
I executed CON2 but it didn't work.
