How to change DIR_TRANS value

Hi there,

System NW2004s, Server 2003, Oracle 10g.

I would like to change paramater value for DIR_TRANS right now is:

RZ10 --> Goto --> Profile Value --> of a server

All values are shows, but how can i edit DIR_TRANS value... there is no Edit Mode...

Please verify
