Wrong data upload through BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST

Hi, we're uploading with BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST, and there is an integrity problem. This BAPI is saving data in GLT0 (G/L account master record transaction figures), but not in BKPF neither BSEG.

We can see data in FS10N, but double clic doesn't do anything, there aren't line items.

We think it's a customizing problem, but we aren't sure of this.

Somebody has an explanation for this error?

This didn't happen in QAS.
