Hyperlink works from SOST but does not work when email gets to outlook

Hi experts,

I am sending and email from workflow with a hyperlink on it. When I look at it in SOST it works fine but when the email gets to outlook the link is not recogonized.

I am using <a href....

I this even possible without using the email function from a method?

Is there a setting in SCOT that I need to set?
