Hyperlink works from SOST but does not work when email gets to outlook

Hi experts,

I am sending and email from workflow with a hyperlink on it. When I look at it in SOST it works fine but when the email gets to outlook the link is not recogonized.

I am using <a href....

I this even possible without using the email function from a method?

Is there a setting in SCOT that I need to set?

Hi Scott,

<a href.... will give you the Hyper link only in the Workitem task discription from SAP Inbox and will not be applicable for the Email sent for that workitem.

To have the hyper link in the Email simply enter the hyperlink as text in task discription, when this text sent as a body of the Email Outlook will automatically convert this to a hyper link. hope this helps you..
