assigning multiple letter of credits to sales order line item

hello

My requirement is to assign multiple financial documents to sales order line item.

In standard SAP we can assign only one LOC to sales order i have a requirement where i have to assign more than one for the line item

Is there any possibility of assigning 2 or more LOC to line item in sales order through enhancements.

regards

No it is not possible through standard settings. You need to develop a table wherein, you need to have the following fields:-

    a) Sale Order Number

    b) Line Item number and

    c) Material Code

    d) Order quantity

    e) LC Number

    f) LC quantity

As and when sale order is created and saved, the corresponding three fields should get stored in this zee table in background. Now through some zee tcode, you have to maintain the L/C details in this table. Finally, through sale order exit User-Exits in program MV45AFZB - USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP, should should not allow to generate delivery more than the LC quantity. On the other hand, you can write this logic in your existing routine itself which is assigned in VTLA, to read the zee table .
